IT DevOps Coach

We are a supplier of IT and Change Management resources to a leading bank in Belgium. We look for collaborative, driven and professional specialists with an Agile mindset and capability. We are now in need of a DevOps Coach to improve the way of working within the bank

Why do we need this person?

Their IT is organised in a way that gives product development teams the maximum level of autonomy for developing, testing and deploying their applications. The DevOps coach will help the product development teams to adopt best practices for developing, testing, deploying and releasing applications. In this role the successful candidate must have an end-to-end SDLC view, strong technical and coaching skills.

What skills will you have?

• Sound experience in implementation of continuous build, integration and deployment systems.
• A strong development profile combined with a proven coaching experience ; good understanding of the SDLC.
• Thorough experience working in or with Agile development teams.
• Experience in the administration, setup and maintenance of continuous build and integration platforms.
• Experience in java development and build.
• Experience with source code (SVN/Git) and artefact repositories.
• Experience with scripting languages for automation.
• English and one of French or Dutch would be required to be an effective communicator.
